Official Rules — "5 Braavu Plates to Win" Giveaway

1. Sponsor. The giveaway is organized by 9377-2366 Québec inc. (doing business as Braavu), 800 boul. Industriel, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec J3B 8G4, operator of the braavu.ca website (the "Sponsor").
2. Duration. The giveaway runs from July 12, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) to July 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET) (the "Giveaway Period").
3. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to any natural person residing in Canada who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, as well as persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
4. Entry — no purchase necessary. To enter, complete the entry form at the top of this page (first name, email address and, if applicable, business name) during the Giveaway Period, consenting to receive communications from the Sponsor. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Facebook interactions (following, commenting, sharing) are welcome but remain optional and do not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prizes. Five (5) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Braavu Google review plate (retail value CA$49.99), shipping to Canada included. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no substitution or cash equivalent.
6. Draw. On August 1, 2026 at approximately 12:00 p.m. (ET), five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
7. Claiming the prize. Winners will be announced on Braavu's Facebook page and contacted by email at the address provided upon entry. Each winner must confirm acceptance and provide a shipping address within seven (7) days of the first notice, failing which a new draw will be held for the prize concerned.
8. Personal information. The information collected (name, contact details, shipping address) is used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver the prizes, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
9. Facebook. This giveaway is not sponsored, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from all liability. Information is provided to the Sponsor, not to Facebook.
10. General conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent entry (fake accounts, automated entries) and to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway in circumstances beyond its control. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of the giveaway may be submitted to the competent courts of Québec.
