Our mission

Every day, a business does good work for someone who walks away happy — and silent. That customer would gladly have said something. Nobody asked at the right moment, so nothing was written. Meanwhile, the business two doors down shows up first on Google, and nobody can quite explain why.

Our mission is to close that gap. Braavu exists so that the reviews a business has already earned actually get written down.

What we make

We design and sell a single product, and we'd rather do it well than sell twenty. The Braavu plaque is a physical NFC and QR device you set on a counter, a table or a reception desk. A customer taps their phone against it, or scans the code, and lands directly on your Google review page. No app to install, no account to create, no form to fill in.

• One-time purchase. No subscription, no monthly fee, no per-review billing.
• Lifetime hardware warranty. If a plaque stops working under normal use, we replace it.
• Works on its own. Once activated, it needs nothing from us to keep functioning.

The role we play — and the one we don't

We remove the friction between a satisfied customer and their review. That's the whole job. What we don't do — and won't build — is anything that manufactures an opinion the customer didn't have.

Braavu does not filter customers, does not intercept negative feedback before it reaches Google, and does not generate, buy or trade reviews. Those practices violate Google's policies, they put the businesses that use them at risk, and they make every honest review a little less believable. We'd rather sell fewer plaques than sell that.

A review collected through Braavu is written by a real customer, in their own words, about a real visit. It is the same review they would have left on their own — it simply gets left.

Braavu is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. "Google" and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Our product makes it easier for your customers to reach Google's review page; how Google ranks and displays those reviews is entirely up to Google.

Who we are

Braavu is operated by 9377-2366 Québec inc., based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec. We ship across Canada, the United States and France, and we answer our own email — there is no support layer between you and the people who make the product.
