Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Braavu website, the Braavu activation app and the Braavu plaque (together, the "Services"). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

The Braavu plaque is a physical NFC + QR device that, when tapped or scanned, directs your customers to your Google Business listing to leave a review. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription required.

2. Activation & accounts

Each plaque is activated with a unique code and PIN. You are responsible for keeping your activation credentials and account secure, and for the accuracy of the business information you provide.

3. Acceptable use

  • You agree to use Braavu in compliance with Google's policies, including the prohibition on incentivized, fake or selectively filtered reviews.
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful, misleading or abusive purpose.
  • You will not copy, resell or tamper with the plaque's technology except as permitted by law.

4. Independence from Google

Braavu is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. "Google" and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. You are responsible for complying with Google's review policies when using Braavu.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties. Payment is processed by our payment providers.

6. Warranty

Braavu plaques are covered by a lifetime hardware warranty: if a plaque stops working under normal use, we will replace it at no charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software related to Braavu remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except to use the Services as intended.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Braavu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost reviews, lost business or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Iberville, Québec.
