We want you to love Braavu. If you're not satisfied, you may return your plaque within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email bonjour@braavu.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Items must be returned in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Lifetime warranty

Every Braavu plaque is covered by a lifetime hardware warranty. If your plaque stops working under normal use at any time, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or loss.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
